[blparent] cleaning a baby's nose

Hi. Kahlan is teething and for the last couple of days she's been very 
stuffy and has had a runny nose. We have a serringe to clean her nose, 
but she hates it and is very squirmy! Chris and I are both total and 
are afraid of hurting her if she squirms the wrong way. Does anyone 
have any suggestions? Thanks.
