[blparent] cleaning a baby's nose

Yep, my little guy snors when he's stuffy, but doesn't otherwise.
Definitely give the washcloth thing a try then, and probably make it
warm so it's comfortable for her. Keep the benadril in mind for when
she's a bit older though. It works wonders!
