[blparent] Leashes (was resource list)

I have never in the nine months that my daughter was inside my body, or in
the four years and three months that she has been growing up under my care
and supervision, treated her like an animal. I find your post to be highly
offensive. Again, I would like to hear about the "other options" of which
you speak. The tether gave my daughter more freedom in a lot of instances,
not less, because it allowed her to move independently around me without
holding my hand at all times. In any case, you're throwing around some
pretty heavy accusations, saying that parents who use leashes or tethers are
treating their children like animals.
