It's not up to her whether Sarah is included in everything or not. 
That's not for her to decide. And even if it is so, it's further not up 
to her when and where she is and isn't included. It's good you're 
taking the event as well as you are; I think i'd be much more ticked 
off than you seem to be if someone were to step on my toes like that 
regarding my child. Good for you. Because I hate confrontations too, 
but when I am provoked I'm known to give my antagonist  a verbal 
butt-whoopping, If you know what I mean.
