Wow, one of the best exercise I found was you lay on the floor and put him
on your stomach and then lift in, fly him in the air above you. It is a
great exercise and he thinks you're playing.

Yes, I have been taking walks but it hasn't realy helped me with my weight.
Now he also wants to walk by himself which causes us to go very slowly,
since he is a new walker. He is 18 months today, how time flies!
Thanks for the tips.

How old is your baby? I can't recall, but taking walks is always good.
Sometimes all I have time to do is go up and down the stairs once or twice,
a few times a day. Crunches are always helpful; I should be doing more of
them. If you're looking for cardiovascular exercise, there are miniature
trampolines that you can jog on.

Truth is tough. It will not break, like a bubble, at a touch; nay, you may
kick it about all day like a football, and it will be round and full at
evening.--Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr.

Hi everyone,
This isn't exactly a parenting question but one I hope applies to all of us.
I realy want to start exercising again but I am a little bit limited since I
need to be home with my baby most of the time. I know we can buy a dvd but
I've had bad luck with being able to follow a dvd since the descriptions are
never good enough. What do you all do to exercise at home besides going out
to buy a treadmill or an exercise bike? Thanks!
Ronit
