I agree. I cringed when 2 meals was recommended. That may work at first but
eventually it won't be good for you, and can play games with blood sugar and
much more. Small healthy snacks are the way to go.

I am not meaning to start any drama on this list, but I'd hate for you to
follow this and it not work. It is far better for you to eat 4 to 6 small
meals a day. Eating only twice a day is not healthy for you and will not
help you lose weight. It will accomplish killing your metabolism.
As for lifting weights, you should do 3 sets of 10 reps to start and then
work your way up. Move to 12 reps then 15 and so on up to 20. When that is
easy for you, increase your weight. If you aren't used to weight lifting, I
suggest starting with 5 pound weights.
