Hi Shelby,
Welcome to the list. I am Pipi, also from Kansas. Do you mind me asking 
which part you are from?
When I took my daughter to the doctor when she was an infant, the doctor 
would give me a paper with her information as in height and weight. You 
should get a shot record that you will have the nurse or doctor fill out 
every time he gets a shot.

If you wanted an accessible way to remember height and weight, you could 
record a voice memo on your cell phone of the information.
Good night moon is an awesome book that will be enjoyed from birth until 
i'm not sure when since my daughter is almost 4 and we still read it.
