I would like to note, that too much diaper rash cream unnecessarily can cause yeast infections. Do take note of this, thank you

If he has a rash, visually the spot will be discolored, and it will feel rough. If the baby is a boy, he will most likely get a rash under his penis and around his testicles, as well as the folds of the skin between his legs and testicles.

Diaper rash can be avoided or greatly diminished with frequent diaper changing--like every two hours or so. if you want to be sure that he doesn't get any new rash, change his diaper freequently, and/or apply the cream periodically.
> Also, do wash his genitals and his bottom with a warm wet washcloth every once in a while, even if you use baby wipes regularly. sometimes it's the baby wipes that give babies diaper rash. so a plain old washcloth dampened with water can be better for the skin and will ensure that baby is clean in between bathtimes.
