Tracey, you might also want to look into whether or not there is a 
branch of Healthy Families or Children's Integrated services in your 
area to help you, too. They can teach you, give you suggestions and 
document your progress so that if a problem does come up, they can help 
you by proving that you're doing what you need to do for your child.
