Right--I was just going to say that. the actual poo is flushed down the
toilet--I don't think anyone would want piles of poop swimming around
in their laundry. I felt I needed to add to this because at some point
during a child's babyhood, they dirty some of their articles of
clothing--whether it be a onesie, a pair of shorts or even a towel.
Once I decided to leave my boy'd diaper off after a bath and made the
mistake of feeding him while in just a towel. Well, you imagine what
happened when he decided to have a nice comfortable poo during his
meal. My point is, I wasn't under any circumstances oing to throw the
towel into the laundry as it was. I first made sure to handwash it and
soak it in oxy till there was virtually no excrement on it. That's
what I imagine people do when using cloth diapers. I don't think anyone
throws them in their wash with all the contents without taking some
steps to clean it out by hand before it goes into the machine.
