Some mothers do charge a price for their breast milk. There's a web 
site where such transactions happen. Other women choose to charge 
nothing, just donate the milk. There are plenty of those moms there, 
although I chose to go with someone who did charge a low sum for the 
milk. I thought that was perfectly reasonable--at least from the 
donating mom's standpoint.
