[blparent] talking rectal thermometer

Jes and Veronica,
Not every parenting class will teach you the same thing, and not every
doctor will tell you to do the same thing.  I'm new to the whole
parenting thing, and it seems like the most controvershel topic on the
planet. One thing that I have seen on this list and thrue my own
personal experience is all of us want to do the best things for our
babies, so telling someone there putting their baby at risk because
they don't do the same thing that you did when you took your parenting
classes or don't follow the same advice your doctor gave you is rong.
We can all have our oppinions, but that doesn't meen Tatyana is
putting her baby at risk if she chooses to do rectal temp taking and
it's what her doctor is telling her to do.
I'm about to get off my sope box now, in closing I would like to
remark that over the passed few days there has been a lot of judgment
being thrown out at parents about their personal choices, and it is
overwelming to newbees who are either new to the list or new to
parenting period.
