[blparent] talking crayons

There is another way to make it just say the color you put in. I don't know
how to do it, but we used to have this in the NFB child care, and it would
tell you the color. It was also demonstrated several conventions back and
did this.

That's not what I meant.  What I meant is that with this toy, the microchip
in the module decides which crayon it wants you to plug in.  When I bought
the toy, I was expecting that the child could decide which crayon to plug
in, and the module would talk and sing about the color the child had picked.

So far, I haven't found talking crayons that let the user choose the color
to plug in.

Well now if a blind person puts the crayon in the correct slot it will tell
them what color they are using as well.  That box of crayons has no clue if
you are blind or sighted.  so what you will be guessing once you find out
put the crayons in a certain order so you know what color you have next
time. children guess too start with also.
