I wondered that too. 
We all learn things as we need to learn them. 
I admit, I'm not real clear on Pippi's problem. Are you trying to find
childcare you can afford, or childcare that is your dream situation.  I
don't understand why you can't call up a list of childcare providers and
find one that meets your cost and other criteria. Childcare is an industry
just like anything else. There has got to be something I'm missing. 
Still Gabe, I have no idea how your comment provides value to the
discussion.

I'm of the opinion, that may be blind people should have the appropriate
life skills, before having babies.
