Hi,

While I would agree with you in general, I don't in situations where the 
sight of a person has been stable and then rapidly deteriorates.  We can't 
always plan what life skills we need to have when we have our children, all 
we can do is the best with the situations we get stuck with.    I think even 
asking for help is admirable in Pippi's situation, she probably has enough 
negativity without you telling her she shouldn't have children.
