[blparent] dyson Animal or roomba?

Roomba was entertaining but couldn't navigate around clutter. As for kids
being afraid of them, that probably depends on the kid. Mine was afraid of
our sump pump. Didn't mean we didn't expect her to deal with it, and our
yard at the time drained in such a way that that pump was almost always
running.

Dyson, especially if you have small children floating around. The dyson
will pick up all that stuff our little ones bring in from who knows where
but if it accidently sucks up a sock or a certain toy, it goes directly into
the canister, no where near the motor or belt. The roomba I hear is
frightening to children as it just goes here and there without supervision.
hahaha

Hello List,

So I'm looking at vacuum cleaners specifically those mentioned in the
subject line. Pros? cons? I don't mind spending the $$ but it better be
worth it!
