It seems reasonable to me for the question to have been raised as to whether the study was limited to mothers as was done.  There 
are reasons, depending upon the research goal, to limit research to a subgroup.  Given that we're talking about a single research 
project conducted by one woman, the generalization below using the terms "these women" does nothing more than throwing gasoline on 
the embers.  Let's let this go.
