Congratulations, Daddy!  If you are at a hospital, ask one of the nurses to 
give you a hands-on demo.  Most are glad to help.  And it's true, the 
screaming won't be on account of you doing something wrong.  It's just a new 
sensation for the baby to be naked and cold and handled.

You can call me with any questions.
Spread his legs and wipe around his junk. You can put butt cream on to help 
prevent rash. He'll scream when you change him but that's because he's cold. 
Have your wife show you how to line the diaper up and stuff.
The most important thing is that he p's on you at least once a day.
When do you guys go home?
