Shannon, if it's during hours when he's not hurting anyone, I would 
just let him drum! If the mom who lives there doesn't complain about it 
and the daughter doesn't live there, the daughter does not get a say! 
That's just my opinion, but Miles is a childe and should be allowed to 
be a child.
