I agree that handwriting is still important too. People try to tell me it is not, but my teenager recently put in two job applications and those forms were still handed out as paper applications to be filled out by hand. At some point in the job process it probably does all become electronic, but those beginning jobs for gaining work experience are an integral part of getting a better job later.
