A PARENT'S PRAYER: 

Lord God,
Help me to understand my role as a parent in connecting and communicating
with their hearts. Show me where my own broken intimacy has sabotaged how
I've offered myself to them in relationship. If my children are not my own
by birth, help me to better understand my part. Help me to identify the
issues that You want to expose, so over time I can function in this role
through your redemptive principles.
