[blparent] car seats and strollers recommendations

Graco snug ride 35 is a good recommended car seat. I'm pretty sure you can get that  a travel system. You snapped the car seat into the stroller, put the stroller handle down and you can pull it. It's not the easiest thing in the world but I did it sometimes. You can leave the car seat base in your car and just put the car seat in other peoples cars. The car seat has these little loop things on it that you put the seatbelt through and it buckles fit in.
