I have a different carrier. But I have seen that the beco butterfly is supposed to be much easier to put on your back. It is like a backpack. So you put the baby in before you put it on your back. You could also wear it baby facing in on your front. That company is supposed to be very comfortable. I wish I would've gotten instead of the one I did get it. Good luck.
