[blparent] Car Seats for Kids Whose Parents Don't Drive?

Hi, I know some blind parents use something called sit and stroll. It is a car seat that turns into a stroller with a reversible handle. It has gotten some mixed reviews on this list. Is also $340. It will hold your baby up to 40 pounds. Congratulations on expecting your baby!
