[blparent] Car Seats for Kids Whose Parents Don't Drive?

The sit and stroll doesn't work for babies until they are around nine months old. You buy the car seat, yes it comes with the base but many car seats you do not have to use the base. On many car seats there are little loop type things that you put the seatbelt through to buckle the car seat in.  These can be installed in any car. I did it a lot with my son. Purchasing a vehicle and having lots of drivers is a good option but it's also not in everyone's budget.
