Hi,

My husband and I are both blind, and we use a Cosco Scenera Next. It
is extremely light-weight, about 7 pounds, which works for us having
to carry it around or transferring it from car to car. As you move
into toddler years, car seats will no longer have bases, or this is
what I have seen. And if I am wrong about this, please excuse my
mistake. The Cosco Scenera Next is also very cost-friendly, about $45.
Two unexpected pros to this car seat are that it is FAA approved and
was also ranked as one of the top 5 safest toddler car seats. Hope
