Hi Marley, I also have rod-cone dystrophy. My vision has deteriorated slowly my whole life, but I did not notice any changes before or after either of my pregnancies. I do recall reading somewhere that vision changes can occur during pregnancy for women without eye problems. These changes are temporary. I hope this helps. Jessica
