[blparent] Doing toddlers hair in pigtails

I gave up on pigtails and ended up just doing a ponytail.  If I had more time to do her hair I would have practiced more. My daughter is the oldest and my kids are 13 months apart so time to just sit and play with her hair was hard to do.
