Hello Tara,
There are so many different things you can do. Something you might
consider, is using scratch and sniff stickers and if your child is a
braille reader, or projected to be in the future writing the words of
each smell. For example, if the sticker smells like an apple, writing
the word apple in braille. You could also use puff paint to outline the
different shapes if you use stickers with different shapes. There are
some many foam stickers out there from which to choose. I always suggest
to parents of children who will be braille readers to include braille
whenever and wherever possible. HTH.
