Hello there,

Tic-Tac-Toe might be a good place to start. You might check Amazon to 
see if they have tactile sets. I'm drawing a blank on where we got the 
ones we provided to children and families when I worked at our State 
agency as a Blind Children's Specialist. Connect-4 is also another 
suggestion. This one can be easily adapted for totally blind 
individuals. Beyond Play is a great place to look for toys and games as 
well.  HTH.
