Dear collective wisdom!

 My oldest daughter is just about to turn three. She's at that stage where she wants to know what color everything is. Is there a good color identifying app that anyone can recommend? Obviously, I need to be accessible with voiceover and I would prefer but it doesn't break the bank. Also, is there anywhere I can purchase a tactile model of the color wheel? Thanks for any help!
