Tracy and Stephanie have great ideas. Although I, myself, have not
taken those classes, I have taken my daughter to a parent-and-me
class. This class included a time for dancing and singing song with
hand motions. I just spoke with the instructor and arranged to stay
for a few minutes after class in order that I could learn the motions.
Then I just practiced them at home with my daughter. We have been
participating in the class since my daughter was 5-months-old, and now
she is two and a half. At this age, she is able to follow along
without much encouragement from me.

Best wishes,
Kia
