Hi Becky,
Don't worry about your son not interacting with other children at age 
one. You'll find he won't interact in play with other kids till about 
age three. Before that time, play tends to be self-centered. He might 
play alongside other children, but none ofthe one and two year olds will 
be doing a lot of interaction and group play.
