[blparent] Does Medicare Or Medicaid Apply To Blind Folks Getting Aid From Social Security?

I wasn't sure if Medicaid worked that way when it was a supplemental
insurance in reference to renting or receiving a breast pump.

I'll try giving them a call and see what I can learn though. At this
point, I've only spoken to Medicare folks.
