[blparent] Does Medicare Or Medicaid Apply To Blind Folks Getting Aid From Social Security?

It is my understanding that even though medicare is a primary insurance with medicaid being secondary, medicaid will pick up the cost of a service if medicare won't pay. I have medicare & medicaid. I say this because when I delivered my son I rented an electric breast pump with supplies from my cities Health Department. The Health Department billed medicaid for the use of the breast pump.
