[blParent] Help with ideas on how to attach bells to safety pins to pin to my daughters clothes?

I gave up on the safety pen idea because it seem to be too dangerous. I made a loop of pipe cleaner that I used a close pin when I would put it on clothes, but I ended up giving up and putting them on shoes instead on the little tags on the back of the shoe or around the laces or elastic laces of the shoot with zip ties. They stay on much longer, and worked quite well
