[blParent] Thumbsucking how do you stop it?

My 14 & 16 year olds still suck their thumb. The suck to soothe themselves & as a stress releiver.

Three is pretty young to worry about the habit anyway. The more attention you bring to it, the more entrenched it will become. Your sweet pea will probably lose the thumb-sucking all by herself, the more she hangs out with other kids her own age.
