You should be able too, but if you are buying the car, it is not hers

You might get a somewhat lower rate if she is a student and doing well. It's
been a long time since I had to do this since my sons are now in their 30's,
but it can definitely be done. To me the two issues are different, the car
ownership and the insurance. Good luck!

Hi all,

My wife and I are both blind and we have a 17 year old daughter who is
taking driving lessons.
She will soon get her license and we plan to buy her a car.
Since she is underage can she own the car?
If not can the parents own it although they are blind?
And how does the insurance issue work?
