[blParent] Car ownership and insurance issues

Hello,

It might depend on the state in which you reside. My husband is blind and I am not. In South Dakota where I live, we both are listed on the title of the vehicle. For insurance, he is listed as a non-driving owner. Only my teenage son and I are listed as drivers. I believe since your child is not of legal age, she cannot own anything. And just call around to insurance companies and explain your situation. They will know what to do for your state. Best of luck!
