Bingo Nate, this is exactly my experience, though I refuse to hand my phone to anybody, it's just not something I should ever have to do, especially for an app that is not accessible.

Yes - my daughter's daycare here in Colorado uses it and we run into the same issues with the screening questions at check-in every day.
The director also reached out and got a similar response. She has just plugged in the answers to the check-in questions for me and I sign on the screen and turn voiceover back on. I'm not sure why they made the switch from their old check-in system.
Beyond that, itt has been fairly usable. There's an unlabeled button and menu, but all other functions I use - check out (with the need to turn off VO when I sign the screen), reading activity updates and messaging work with VO. We don't use the payment or attendance calendar so I don't know how well those work.
