Hi all I know at least in the 80's california had a quarterly news magazine 
the october november issue would give election of new officers.  Seems like 
somewhere someone should have copies of that news letter.
 I know people save lots of braille monitors, convention agenda's etc so I 
bet in an attic somewhere we can get the exact list of all the officers of 
all the boards going back.
