[Cabs-talk] CABS welcomes a new secretary

L.O.L. I love it! Thanks Miguel, I am so looking forward to my time with
CABS. I've already met such great people. I extend my thanks to you and many
other members. It is your excitement that has started an excitement inside
of myself for this organization and our work and friendships.
