You can most certainly help by calling or better yet meeting in person with 
your representatives and discussing these issues.
I'm sure that anyone who went to Washington this year would be happy to help 
you on your presentations of the three issues!

Hello, Angela I would love to help in anyway that I possibly can
because the issues regarding blind americans across the country matter
and I agree that things should be done to let not only our
Representatives in our individuals cities know what changes should be
made, but continuous conversation should be held with Washingston as
well.

If you and the others need letters written, emails sent, or phone
calls to be made please let me know.  I realize I am not able to do
much, but what I can do is at your disposal.
