The settlement also includes accessibility improvements to Redbox's website, enhanced customer service to facilitate access to Redbox's services while Redbox works to modify its kiosks, and a class damages fund that will provide monetary relief to eligible claimants. The Court preliminarily approved this agreement on July 31, 2014.
