NJ: I realize this. My question wasn't about getting rid of a member,
but what, if any, are the requirements to fulfill different roles on the
board, such as being a secretary. If there are requirements, are there
safeguards in place to insure those requirements are met?

NJ: I have heard this before, but again, I believe there needs to be
some oversight. Committees haven't been able to meet before now anyway
because they don't know who their members are, or how to get in contact
with them. Furthermore, some committee heads don't seem to respond to
emails, therefore making the facilitation of communication difficult.
