[Cabs] How many children in America are not taught to read?

Yep, that's right. Let's all spend money. Money that we don't have
because if 90 percent are not taught how to read, then the
unemployment/underemployment rate should be higher. SHould we maybe
save up our money and use it to say of of welfare, or should we buy
this coin that may or may not make much of a difference?
