[Cabs] converence call tonight at 7:00 PM

P.S. We send out minutes for a reason, and in those minutes, it tells 
precisely when the board members, and those other members present at our 
meetings have agreed to have the next conference call.  If noone bothers to 
read the minutes, especially the board members who are the backbone of this 
devision, then why do we send them out?
