Accessible Arts of Central Ohio will provide audio description for 4 of the CAPA Summer Movies, all held at the Ohio Theatre located at 39 E. State Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.



Tickets purchased at the Box Office are priced at $4 per person and just $3.50 for senior citizens. A strip of 10 tickets can be purchased for $25.



1: Friday, July 12: (7:30 pm)
Note: This movie has been specifically requested by ACB for its national conference and convention. Thus, there may only be a few or no tickets available for anyone not signing up as part of ACB convention activities.



Citizen Kane (1941)

Starring Orson Welles, Agnes Moorehead, and Joseph Cotten
This ground-breaking tale about an eccentric newspaper tycoon bears a striking resemblance to the life of William Randolph Hearst. Shocking to audiences when first released, it is now registered as a national treasure with the Library of Congress

2: Thursday, July 18: (7:30 pm)
The Trouble with Harry (1955)
Starring John Forsythe and Shirley MacLaine
One of Hitchcock's few comedies, the trouble with Harry Worp is that he turned up deceased but no one is sure who killed him, including the numerous suspects themselves.

3: Wednesday, July 24: (7:30 pm)
Bonnie and Clyde (1967)
Starring Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway
A bored, small-town girl and a small-time bank robber leave a string of violent robberies in their wake, catching the imagination of the Depression-struck Midwest in this take on the legendary crime spree of Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow.

4: Sunday, August 18: (2:00 pm)
Fiddler on the Roof (1971)
Starring Topol, Norma Crane, Molly Picon, Leonard Frey, Rosalind Harris, and Michael Glaser
One of the most-beloved movie musicals of all time, this cinematic adaptation of the stage hit about a man trying to find romantic matches for three of his five daughters includes classic numbers such as "Tradition," "Sunrise, Sunset," "Matchmaker," and "If I Were a Rich Man."
