Please find enclosed COTA's most recent, updated handbook on how to use Mobility Services (Mainstream) as well as other transportation services provided for customers with disabilities.



COTA also offers travel orientation for new customers as well as those who may not be familiar with how the operations work. If you are interested in participation, please call 614-275-5828 for more information or to schedule training. The orientation is offered twice a month and there is no cost to attend. If you have questions regarding the service, please feel free to call 275-5828.
