[Capchapohio] COTA - Updated Accessible Guide

The three attachments are not fully accessible.
*When a ".docx" converts to a ".doc" (Word 2003) it alerts you that parts
will be lost.
*Page one and page two do not read in the guide. I did not venture further.
*If the two ".jpg" attachments are supposed to be accessible with reading
software, they are not. Nothing will read since I believe "jpg" is "an image
with no real words".
Please provide in accessible format.

Dear COTA Customer,

As the region's public transit provider, the organization's mission is
committed to excellence in serving stakeholders-customers, employees and
taxpayers. We will deliver quality transportation services and conduct
business courteously, safely, ethically, and reliably. We will demonstrate
leadership that is fiscally responsible and environmentally conscientious.

Please find enclosed COTA's most recent, updated handbook on how to use
Mobility Services (Mainstream) as well as other transportation services
provided for customers with disabilities.

COTA also offers travel orientation for new customers as well as those who
may not be familiar with how the operations work. If you are interested in
participation, please call 614-275-5828 for more information or to schedule
training. The orientation is offered twice a month and there is no cost to
attend. If you have questions regarding the service, please feel free to
call 275-5828.

Again, we thank you for your patronage and look forward to serving you in
the future.

Sincerely,
